We want you to be as chuffed with your gear as Nigel is with a fire-started first try. That said, we currently accept returns only for damaged or defective items — not for “oopsie” orders or changes of heart.

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and a short note describing the issue, and we’ll sort it out quicker than you can say “that’s not a proper billycan!”

At the moment, we don’t accept returns for wrong sizes or general dissatisfaction, since many of our goods are shipped directly from our dropship partners in the wild.
